THE CHORUS OF WESTERLY - CONCERT TOUR OF GERMANY
Join us in Europe this July!
The Chorus of Westerly will be touring Germany this July as part of the celebrations in the country of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. It will mark the acclaimed ensemble's fifth international concert tour and first to Germany. The Chorus will be performing, while on tour, one of the greatest choral works of all time, THE MASS IN B MINOR of Johann Sebastian Bach. The Chorus will offer performances of the Bach in some of the very churches Bach and Handel worked, composed, and made music in. This includes singing the honor of singing the high morning service at the Thomaskirche in Leipzig, where Bach himself is buried (and where he serve as music director for many years).
