Do we have accommodations for patrons with accessibility needs?
The George Kent Performance Hall has an elevator lift for patron use that is located on the right side of the building when approaching from High Street. Patrons may enter the elevator lift from the street level and have access to the lobby for concert seating as well as the basement for use of the bathrooms.
Additionally, there is a stair lift available to bring patrons from street level to the main performance hall. The stair lift entrance is located on the left side of the building adjacent to Bess Eaton at the street level. Please be aware that neither elevator lift nor stair lift goes to the balcony or the lower rehearsal room level.
If you or a member of your party will require access to the elevator lift or stair lift to get in and out of the Hall, please call our office ahead of time at 401.596.8663 so we can ensure we are properly staffed upon your arrival. We also highly encourage you to arrive 30-45 minutes in advance of the performance so you can easily enter the Hall.
