WINTER 2021
THE TWELVE DAYS OF TWELFTH NIGHT
DECEMBER 30, 2020 to JANUARY 10, 2021
The Chorus of Westerly announces a special virtual festival at The Chorus of Westerly, Twelve Days of Twelfth Night - a celebration with a new virtual item/release each day (with a Twelfth Night twist) on our social media pages between Dec 30 and Jan 10.
We are grateful to the State of Rhode Island and
Rhode Island Commerce for its recent ESR HArT Grant Award to the Chorus of Westerly which is allowing this virtual festival to be possible. This grant through the HArT program also made possible our recent Christmas Pops release possible. We are also grateful to the
RISCA - Rhode Island State Council on the Arts
and the The Blue Mitten Thrift Shop
for their ongoing support.

January Update
THE CHORUS & KENT HALL OFFICES
Based on the current COVID conditions, the George Kent Performance Hall and Chorus offices are closed to the general public. All activities are currently virtual. Members of the public will not be allowed to come into Kent Hall without appointment. However, we will still able to accept mail and you can still drop off donations to us. Come to our rear glass doors during weekday business hours after 10 am and you can leave items securely for us in our vestibule's mail bin (between the exterior glass doors and the interior glass doors).
Chorus staff are mostly working remotely, but our phone lines will be staffed again after Jan 4. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays you call our regular office number at 401.596.8663 between 11 am and 1 pm. You can leave a message for us at other times on that line. On Wednesdays, you can call 401-340-0308 (our mobile number).
If you have an inquiry that can be sent via email, we strongly encourage you to do so. Please email Patron Services Manager Genvieve-Ashley Spitale at genvieve@chorusofwesterly.org. If you have any billing question, email Bookkeeper Carrie Praeger at carrie@chorusofwesterly.org.

NO CHORUS OF WESTERLY OR KENT HALL EVENTS THROUGH AT LEAST APRIL 2021
We are hopeful to possibly offer regular in-person performances again in the late spring or early summer of 2021. At this time, the Chorus is planning on Summer Pops 2021 taking place on Saturday, June 19, 2021 in Wilcox Park. Please note, however, everything is subject to change or adjustment.
