Subscriptions and individual tickets are now on sale for all Chorus of Westerly events. To purchase tickets to an individual event, click on the concert title link next to the concert date below. All Chorus of Westerly performances and events (except Summer Pops) take place in the George Kent Performance Hall, 119 High Street, Westerly, Rhode Island.

This year, we are pleased to offer THREE subscription plans, including plans with Christmas Pops and Twelfth Night for the very first time. In addition to saving significantly off the price of purchasing tickets to Chorus events individually, subscribers this year have new benefits never before offered to our audience.

Subscription Benefits for the 2010-11 Season
Savings on Ticket Prices
Available for ALL PLANS
The average ticket price for subscribers is significantly LESS for Chorus events when compared to individual ticket sale prices (especially for Christmas Pops and Twelfth Night). You also pay no individual per ticket preservation fees. Instead, the fee is already included in your subscription cost.
Easy Ticket Exchange
Available for ALL PLANS
Up to four days prior to the event and subject to availability, you can exchange your subscription ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to another Chorus of Westerly performed events within the current season. For example, if you find out that you cannot go to the November performance but you want another pair of tickets to bring friends to the May performance, you can simply trade your November tickets in (at least four days prior to the November performance date) and get a second pair to May. Or, in a different scenario, if you discover the tickets you have to a 4 pm performance are in conflict with another activity you can exchange them for a different time in a concert run (subject to availability and at least four days in advance of the performance date). The only exception is that you many not exchange your tickets for extra seats to Christmas Pops (you may change performance times).
Subscription Payment Plan
Available for ALL PLANS
If you send your subscribe by September 9, 2010, you may elect to pay your subscription in two installments. 50% of your subscription plan cost is due when you send in your form. The remaining 50% will be due no later than October 15, 2010. Please note subscription installment payments are non-refundable once paid.
Bring a Friend for $10!
Available for Full Season Subscribers only
For every full ticket plan purchased, you will receive a voucher good for either a $10 ticket in Section C (to use or give to friends to use) or to purchase a ticket in Section A, B, or the Balcony at 25% off the individual ticket price for certain Chorus of Westerly events (see list below), subject to availability. Please note vouchers do not guarantee seats will be available for purchase. These tickets are not exchangeable or refundable and have no cash value. Vouchers are good for the following performances only: Christmas Pops, 12/19 at 8 pm; Twelfth Night, 1/8 at 1 pm or 8 pm; Twelfth Night, 1/9 at 1 pm or 8 pm; Stanford and Delius, 5/22 at 4 pm or 6 pm. Parent subscription plans do not qualify for this benefit.
NEW! Save $4 on Peasants’ Feast Tickets
Available for Full Season or Flex Plan Subscribers only
Full Season or Flex Plan subscribers can save $4 on Peasants’ Feast adult tickets (regular price $16) if they purchase them by calling the Box Office and purchase them by October 1, 2010. Subscribers, if they call, must request this special for it to be processed and applied. This special price is not available online.
NEW! Complimentary Glass of Wine or Beer at Post Concert Reception
Available for Full Season or Flex Plan Gold Star or Section A Subscribers only
Full Season or Flex Plan subscribers with seats in Gold Star Section A, Gold Star Balcony, or Section A will be given, as part of their subscription, four vouchers good for a glass or wine or beer that can be redeemed at any post-concert Chorus receptions or the Peasants’ Feast. If the vouchers are not used they cannot be exchanged or refunded or used in a future season. They must be used within the current season. The vouchers have no cash value and are not exchangeable or refundable. This benefit is only available to subscribers 21 and over.
Gold Star Ticket Benefits
Available for Gold Star Subscribers Only
Why not consider upgrading your ticket to the Gold Star level?
Gold Star subscribers, who can purchase tickets in the best seats in Section A and the Balcony, receive special benefits. In additional to the benefits listed to the left, Gold Star subscription plans include a tax-deductible donation to the Chorus (which is the amount you pay over the regular subscription face value for a particular ticket, the actual amount will be sent to you after you subscribe), the best seats in the house, as well as reserved parking available across the street from the performance hall. Gold Star subscribers who renew or purchase their subscription by September 9 will also be acknowledged in the season’s concert program. In this new plan you can choose three Chorus of Westerly performances from the season for your plan. You can select three from the following: Messiah (11/21), Songs of the Fleet/Songs of Farewell (5/22) Christmas Pops
(12/19), A Celebration of Twelfth Night (1/8 or 1/9). There will be two performances of Messiah and Songs of the Fleet/Songs of Farewell, three performances of Christmas Pops, and six regular performances (and one preview) of Twelfth Night.
